GLOBAL voluntarily participates in the federal E-Verify program.

About E-Verify

GLOBAL Automation Technologies voluntarily participates in the federal government's E-Verify Program. This internet-based system, operated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in partnership with the Social Security Administration, allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of new hires and the validity of their Social Security numbers.

All newly hired employees at GLOBAL are required to provide legally acceptable proof of their identity and authorization to work in the United States, in accordance with federal law.

Your Rights

As a job applicant or new hire, you have certain rights under the E-Verify program and related employment verification laws. These include:

  • The right to work in the United States without discrimination based on citizenship status or national origin
  • The right to be informed about E-Verify and how it may affect you
  • The right to contest a tentative non-confirmation if one is received
  • Protection against employers who misuse E-Verify
