GLOBAL programs and integrates robotic dispensing and tape application systems for automotive and industrial manufacturing. We work with seam sealers, structural adhesives, PurFoam (polyurethane foam dispensing for NVH and sealing), cavity wax, sound dampening materials, hem flange sealing, anti-chip tape, PVC underbody coatings, bed liner, and protective film masking. Every system we deliver is built around FANUC robots paired with precision dispensing or tape application equipment selected for the specific material and application.

Our engineers program complex 3D bead paths that follow body panel contours, joint geometries, and cavity profiles. We manage material flow rates, gun parameters, and robot speed to deliver the right volume of material at the right location every cycle. From underbody seam sealer on a body-in-white line to PurFoam cavity fill for weather sealing, the dispensing path and material delivery are tuned together as a single system.

Bead quality validation is built into our process. We work with vision inspection and flow monitoring systems to verify bead width, placement, and continuity in real time. If the material is off-spec or a path is missed, the system catches it before the part moves downstream. That level of process control is what separates automated dispensing from simply bolting a gun onto a robot.
